Wipro and Dutch telecom company Odido have announced a multi-year agreement

Wipro, India’s fourth-largest IT services company, has entered into a long-term partnership with Dutch telecom operator Odido Netherlands BV to transform its IT landscape and elevate customer experiences for both enterprise and consumer users. The company did not reveal the financial terms of the agreement.

Classified as one of Wipro’s large deals (valued at over $30 million), the partnership focuses on revamping Odido’s digital and enterprise technology stack. This transformation will leverage Wipro’s WEGA and WINGS AI platforms, part of its broader Wipro Intelligence suite that delivers AI-driven solutions.

The project will follow a self-funded model, where efficiency gains and cost savings generated during the engagement will be used to support new digital initiatives. Wipro will also deploy conversational AI tools and autonomous operations to modernise various processes.

A specialised design studio—run by Designit, Wipro’s experience innovation arm—will function as an innovation hub, fostering rapid ideation, solution design, and the creation of modern digital experiences. The studio aims to help Odido reduce time-to-market for new services.

“This transformation is guided by consulting expertise. Our teams are crafting the strategic roadmap, refining business processes, and ensuring the technology foundation aligns with Odido’s business priorities,” said Graziella Neuvéglise, Managing Director for Western Europe at Wipro.

The engagement expands on Wipro’s previous collaboration with Ericsson in 2024, during which the companies assisted Odido in migrating nearly five million customers to a new AWS-based billing system.

“At Odido, we are committed to making technology feel more human. This philosophy extends to our network, products, operations, and IT systems. Our partnership with Wipro will help us move closer to that vision,” said Robert Purdy, Chief IT Officer at Odido.
