Myntra CEO Nandita Sinha to step down, Sharon Pais likely replacement: sources
Nandita Sinha, the CEO of Myntra, is set to step down from her role, according to sources familiar with the matter. Sinha, who has been part of the Flipkart group for more than a decade, took over as Myntra’s chief executive in 2022 and is expected to leave in the coming weeks.
She is likely to be succeeded by Sharon Pais, who currently leads Flipkart’s fashion division. Pais has been with the Walmart-owned company since 2013 and previously served as Myntra’s chief business officer until November 2025. Over the years, she has handled several key categories within Flipkart, including books, general merchandise, home furnishings, as well as loyalty programs and the travel segment.
Sinha’s exit comes at a time of significant leadership changes within Myntra and its parent company Flipkart, which is preparing for a potential public listing in the next 12 to 15 months. Earlier this year, Myntra’s former CFO Abhishek Gupta left to join Livspace, and was replaced by Kannan Ganesan. Additionally, Flipkart’s group CFO Sriram Venkatraman also resigned in March and is expected to step down soon.
Despite the leadership churn, Myntra has shown strong financial performance under Sinha’s leadership. The company turned net profitable in FY24, becoming the only profitable unit within the Flipkart group. In FY25, Myntra reported an 18% increase in revenue to Rs 6,043 crore, while its net profit surged sharply to Rs 548 crore.
During her tenure, Sinha led several strategic initiatives, including strengthening Myntra’s focus on its core fashion assortment while also building a more premium and curated offering to attract affluent consumers. The company also expanded internationally with its launch in Singapore and accelerated its quick commerce efforts through M-Now.
Sinha joined Flipkart in 2013 as an associate director and played a key role in building categories such as beauty and personal care. Over time, she took on leadership roles across multiple segments, including home, furniture, lifestyle accessories, and books. She also led customer growth initiatives and was instrumental in driving the company’s flagship Big Billion Days sales from 2019 to 2022.
Her departure marks another major transition for Myntra as it continues to evolve amid increasing competition and prepares for the next phase of growth under new leadership.
