Infosys and Intel deepen their strategic partnership to hasten the global adoption of enterprise AI

Infosys has announced an expanded strategic partnership with chip maker Intel to help global companies move from artificial intelligence (AI) experiments to large-scale deployment.

The collaboration combines the AI platform Infosys Topaz Fabric with Intel’s high-performance computing technologies such as Intel Xeon processors, Intel Gaudi AI accelerators, and Intel AI PCs. Infosys said the goal is to create “right-sized” AI systems that provide strong performance, security, and lower operating costs for businesses.

The joint solution will mainly support important business applications like IT operations, developer productivity, and automated workflows across industries. It will also help companies run AI tools and agents that can securely access enterprise data and manage tasks across systems.

Salil Parekh said the partnership shows the company’s commitment to integrating AI deeply into enterprise operations. According to him, combining Intel’s computing technology with the capabilities of Infosys Topaz will allow businesses to use AI at scale while maintaining security and cost efficiency.

Lip-Bu Tan said the partnership will bring Intel’s AI hardware ecosystem to enterprises worldwide. He added that the collaboration will deliver performance-optimised and energy-efficient AI solutions that companies can deploy across data centres, cloud platforms, and edge systems.

The companies said the initiative is designed to help enterprises move beyond AI pilot projects and integrate AI more effectively into their everyday business operations.
