Due to high demand for AI, Happiest Minds raises its FY27 revenue growth forecast to 13%
Happiest Minds Technologies has increased its revenue growth forecast for the financial year 2026–27 to 12.5%, up from its earlier estimate of 10%, driven by strong demand for artificial intelligence (AI) services and growing adoption across industries.
The Bengaluru-based IT company reported revenue of ₹2,060.8 crore in FY25, marking a 26.8% increase compared to the previous year. However, its profit declined 25.6% to ₹184.6 crore during the same period.
The revised growth outlook comes after the company launched its “AI First” strategy in February 2026, which focuses on restructuring its operations, service delivery model, and client engagement around AI technologies.
Earlier, in March 2025, the company had introduced 10 strategic initiatives, including the launch of Generative AI Business Services (GBS), and had projected 10% revenue growth in constant currency over four years. According to the company, the GBS division has since gained stronger capabilities and wider client acceptance, leading to the improved growth outlook.
In a statement, the company said the updated 12.5% growth expectation for FY27 reflects confidence that its AI-focused strategy and strategic initiatives are gaining traction faster than anticipated. It also expects this momentum to support 15% revenue growth in FY28.
Joseph Anantharaju, co-chairman and CEO of Happiest Minds Technologies, said the company is witnessing strong demand across sectors such as financial services, healthcare, high-tech, and manufacturing as businesses accelerate their AI adoption.
He added that the company’s growing project pipeline and business momentum validate the AI First strategy and strengthen its confidence in delivering better outcomes for clients and stakeholders.
Managing Director Venkatraman Narayanan said the revised forecast is based on execution strength, client trust, and proven delivery, rather than just optimistic projections.
Currently, Happiest Minds Technologies employs more than 6,500 professionals across 43 global offices and serves over 290 customers worldwide, including more than 85 billion-dollar corporations.
